2 more weeks to CNY!! seems like looking forward to holidays, festive seasons and weekends help to keep the work week seems shorter.. heh

received the letter last week.. satisfied and felt deserved. i got back my rating 2 - highly effective performance for FY2012. i got my promotion to Manager and a small increment of 8%.. small bonus pool of 2mths again.. nv exceeding each yr.. didnt feel super happy with wad i got because pple tends to always ask for more.. but am surprised tat i still received this amount given the team performance was really sucky last yr.. but glad tat at least Pam didnt get promoted! some pple pity with her, but sorry, i cant convince myself.. i dont even feel a little of sympathy for her on this.. claiming tat Boss had cheated her and led her on into doing all those work but not putting her up for promotion as promised.. i hope, she can wake up from her lazy ideas and see exactly kinds of work she has done and in wad way it was done.. i dont wanna say more.. becos from now onwards, i will not benchmark my performance against hers.. To exceed her as the same level Manager, I am going to show her the maturity of my level and the difference between us, the capability of my level and knowledge tat i possess. i dont claim tat i knows everything but i do have the little bit of hunger to learn as compared to her! the path to AVP will be tough.. but i need to grow a niche valued skillset~

the FRM certification is definately something i would like to achieve.. but whether i have the determination to fight this through.. i still havent decide.. onli when i decide to do a task, then i have the will and perseverance to push myself to achieve it and fight it.. i need to think through thoroughly..

need to get my new shoes ready for CNY soon!! no time to waste man.. but all shoes in SG looks like WTF! couldnt find something reasonable priced and suit my eyes.. farking inflation is burning my wallet a big hole.. i gotta learn to farkin save some money for rainy days!!
