I'm fuming.. steaming.. so ANGRY~!!! the first team mtg of the year jus totally pissed me off.. we discussed quite a few stuff today.. the setup for a bi-weekly team mtg on every fri, 4pm.. agenda for the team mtg.. pipeline deals, market color & opportunities, products discussion and misc..

but the worse is.. Lsl chasing on the call reports again after a silent period.. wads the point?!?!? and now, I'm -7 yet still must +3 by end of this week.. FML~!!!!

LS complained abt being overloaded and Pam+Stel super loaded, no bandwidth.. wants network team to step in and backup both of them when they are packed.. woah.. this reali pissed me off.. didnt we have this discussion a yr ago.. why are we back on this again?? if i farkin have to help to do RA work.. might as go back to be a RA in the focus team.. if Pam+Stel couldnt handle with the workload, inefficient.. you just gotta suck it up and live with it.. tats all the resources we have..

Lsl called for budget discussion mtg early tml to set the target individual growth and team growth for 2012.. mtg at 9.30am.. FML!!! worse, i cant think of any serious shit pipeline.. let alone the growth!!!

interns also pissed me off.. i hate change of interns.. and i hate new interns.. the transition period and waiting for them to speed up their learning just annoyed me.. how many times must i teach you and repeat myself..?!?! wads the point of explaining everything to you and you forget the next moment...??!?!? argh~ cant be bothered..
