Everyone need to learn to manage people.. And will there be someone who wants to manage me?

Is my unhappiness not being obvious?
Then why am I missing the feeling of being managed? But rather, jus. have to suck it up even though I'm unhappy.. I'm really unhappy.. I'm not asking for a lot.. But why can't I even have some..? Tired and sleepy now..
